We are looking for a Seeding Admin / Headhunter to help identify and connect with potential candidates and partners through online platforms. This role focuses on research, outreach, and building strong prospect lists.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential candidates or prospects using online platforms
- Build and maintain organized lead or candidate lists
- Send connection requests and initial outreach messages
- Monitor responses and track conversations
- Assist with follow-ups and scheduling introductions when needed
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or tracking tools
Requirements
- Strong research and sourcing skills
- Good written communication in English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, headhunting, or lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or sourcing tools
- Experience with CRM or tracking systems
