As a Senior Investor Relations Structured Products professional, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and engage with professional investors in the primary market. This project-based role focuses on the private placement of structured products, primarily in debt instruments, including CLN, AMC, EMTN, and zero-bonds. A Day in the Life
Your day begins with reviewing the latest market trends and identifying potential investors who are aligned with our project goals. You'll have available detailed presentations that highlight the unique opportunities offered by our structured products, ensuring to emphasize the asset-backed nature of our notes and the attractive yields ranging from 10% to 25% per annum. Engaging with qualified professional investors, you'll conduct outreach to present our offerings, focusing on pre-development, development, and stabilized projects in real assets, such as hotels, resorts, and leisure facilities.
Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with the platform manager to ensure all aspects of the investment offerings are accurately represented. You'll also manage relationships with investors, providing them with updates and insights that foster trust and facilitate ongoing dialogues. As you finalize transactions, you'll ensure investors all the notes are compliant with ISIN requirements and are bankable for potential secondary market trading.Transactions are D/C through EU paying agents.
What You Need
- Proven experience in private placement of structured products (debt instruments such as CLN, AMC, EMTN, zero-bonds)
- Strong understanding of the primary market and professional investor dynamics
- Ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively
- Experience with high-value transactions, particularly in real asset development (minimum ticket sizes of €10M for pre-development and €25M for development)
- Knowledge of investment structures, including senior, mezzanine, and junior tranches
- Familiarity with asset-backed financial products and surety packages
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
