#Responsibilities
You'll play a key role in expanding Terra Essence's B2B business by:
#Developing and managing strategic Key Account partnerships
#Acquiring new business across pharmaceutical companies, supplement brands, pharmacy wholesalers, and healthcare professionals
#Selling customized White Label and Private Label solutions
#Leading contract and price negotiations through to successful closing
#Monitoring market developments and identifying new business opportunities
#Collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Performance Marketing teams
#Managing your sales pipeline using CRM systems and KPI-driven reporting
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
✅ 5+ years of successful B2B Sales or Key Account Management experience
✅ Experience managing strategic customer relationships
✅ Strong negotiation and closing skills
✅ Excellent communication in German (C1) and English (C1)
✅ Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot is an advantage)
✅ Data-driven approach with strong commercial awareness
