Job Description
We're adding a recruiter to our team who knows how to find and attract strong software engineering talent.
This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is comfortable sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and presenting qualified talent for technical positions.
Requirements
-3+ years of experience recruiting for software development or technology positions
-Active LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Premium account
-Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
-Experience recruiting software engineers, developers, and technical professionals
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Avaliability in U.S. timezone
Responsibilities
-Source qualified candidates for technical positions
-Reach out to passive candidates and manage follow-up communication
-Conduct initial candidate screenings
-Present qualified candidates with relevant notes and recommendations
-Coordinate interview scheduling when needed
-Maintain an active pipeline of candidates
-Provide regular updates on recruiting progress
