We are looking for a full-time SEO Outreach & Content Marketing Specialist to help grow Online.jobs through organic traffic, backlinks, and high-quality SEO content.
Your main responsibility will be SEO outreach: finding relevant blogs, websites, communities, newsletters, and industry resources where Online.jobs can be mentioned, featured, or linked to. This includes researching prospects, preparing outreach lists, writing personalized emails, following up, and tracking results.
You will also help with our own blog content strategy so that the articles we publish can rank over time. You do not need to be only a writer - the most important part of this role is getting real mentions, backlinks, guest post opportunities, and SEO partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Find relevant blogs, websites, directories, newsletters, and content partners
- Reach out to website owners, editors, bloggers, and marketers
- Pitch guest posts, resource page mentions, article mentions, and backlink opportunities
- Build and manage outreach lists in Google Sheets or similar tools
- Track replies, follow-ups, backlinks, and published mentions
- Help suggest SEO article ideas for the Online.jobs blog
- Review competitor backlinks and find similar opportunities
- Coordinate with writers or write simple SEO-friendly content when needed
- Report weekly on outreach activity, replies, links earned, and opportunities in progress
Requirements:
- Experience with SEO outreach, link building, guest posting, or digital PR
- Strong written English
- Ability to write natural, personalized outreach emails
- Basic understanding of SEO, backlinks, anchor text, domain authority, and organic traffic
- Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, Hunter, Apollo, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar tools is a plus
- Organized, consistent, and comfortable doing follow-ups
- Able to work independently and report progress clearly
Nice to have:
- Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, hiring platforms, remote work, recruiting, or HR content
- Experience writing SEO blog articles
- Experience finding backlink opportunities from competitors
- Experience with WordPress or basic CMS publishing
