Social Media Manager (GHL Experience Required) – Part-Time to Full-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy Social Media Point Person to manage, schedule, and optimize our social media presence. This position starts as a part-time role (approx. 15–20 hours per week) with a direct path to a full-time position based on performance and technical capability.

Initially, your core focus will be content scheduling, community management, and basic engagement. However, we use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our central business hub. Candidates who possess or quickly develop the skills to manage GHL workflows and funnels will be fast-tracked into the full-time slot.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Scheduling: Manage and schedule all social media content across platforms using the native GoHighLevel Social Media Planner.
• Community Engagement: Monitor, reply to, and engage with comments and direct messages (DMs) to foster community growth.
• Basic Asset Optimization: Ensure captions, hashtags, links, and visual assets are properly formatted for each platform.
• Workflow Support: Assist in linking social media lead generation activities to our internal GHL CRM system.

Growth Opportunities (Full-Time Path)

• Building and testing automated marketing funnels inside GHL.
• Setting up social-to-lead automation workflows (e.g., auto-replying to Instagram/Facebook comments with trigger links).
• Managing GHL sub-accounts, pipelines, and trigger links.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or agencies.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, specifically using the GHL Social Media Planner.
• Strong written English communication skills for caption writing and DM engagement.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• High-speed internet access and a reliable computer setup.
