Job Title: Social Media Manager – Sexuality OT Practice (3–4 hrs/week)
About Us
I'm a Mental Health Occupational Therapist and Somatic Sexologist supporting people with sexual health, pelvic pain, disability, chronic illness, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. I work across all genders, abilities, and identities. Gynaecologists and other providers refer to me regularly but I want a solid social media presence so I can bring in the specific type of work I want.
What You'll Do
- Draft and schedule Instagram and LinkedIn posts that are authentic/direct about sexual health, disability, and nervous system work
- Reply to comments and DMs with warmth and honesty
- Audit my website and booking flow from a referred patient's perspective: "Why should I see this person? What happens next? How do I book?"
- Flag what's working on socials and where the referral funnel is breaking
What You Need
- Comfort discussing sexual health, disability, chronic illness, and pleasure—across all genders (no sanitizing, no flinching)
- Strong written English and an ability to write conversationally (not clinical, not corporate)
- Critical thinking about user experience and messaging clarity
- Proactivity and honesty about what's and isn't working
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, therapy, or sexuality-related content
- Familiarity with Canva

- Salary: $12–$16/hr AUD (paid through wise transfer)
