🚨 Hiring: part-time sourcer/recruiter based in LatAm, with experience sourcing marketers
My client, a Canada-based agency specialized in product marketing, needs a sourcer to help them find PMMs for their own clients.
What the work looks like:
- Reaching out to candidates already sitting in their database and network
- Sourcing net new product marketers whenever the network doesn't have the right profile
- Starts at 5 hours per week, can go up to 10 if things go well
Who we're looking for:
📍 Based in Latin America
- 2+ years in recruitment or sourcing
- A real track record sourcing marketers. Product marketers specifically is a big plus, and experience around B2B SaaS marketing helps a lot
- Familiar with Juicebox is a nice to have, not a requirement
