We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and hands-on E-commerce Operations Manager to take over the day-to-day management of our fashion store. If you have a proven track record in the fashion industry and thrive on managing everything from supply chains to customer delight, we want to talk to you.




The Role

As the Store Manager, you will be the backbone of our operations. Your mission is to take all operational tasks off the owner's plate, ensuring the business runs like a well-oiled machine. You will have full autonomy over the lifecycle of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.




Your Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Supplier Management: Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturers and suppliers. You will handle sourcing, negotiate terms, monitor production timelines, and ensure quality control.
  • Comprehensive Order Management: Oversee the entire fulfillment process. You will ensure orders are processed accurately, manage logistics partners, and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the launch of new collections. This includes managing product data, pricing strategies, and ensuring all listings are optimized for conversion.
  • Elevating Customer Service: Take full ownership of the customer experience. You will manage the support desk, resolve high-level inquiries, and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Strategic Optimization: Constantly analyze workflows and implement tools or processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3–5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within E-commerce fashion.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fashion world (seasons, fabrics, sizing, and trends).
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and operational tools (ERP, Inventory Management, and Helpdesk software like Gorgias or Zendesk).
  • Problem Solver: You don’t just report problems; you bring solutions. You are comfortable making executive decisions.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Reliability: You are highly organized and can manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.
