What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple high-growth startup pipelines to ensure a steady flow of exceptional talent.
- Act as the primary "power user" of our AI features, providing direct feedback to our engineering team to help shape and enhance the product.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate information in our systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Manage high-volume, fast-moving workloads while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
What You Bring
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, recruiting, or other high-signal backgrounds. Looking for a junior person with no more than 2 years of experience.
- A strong ability to manage high-volume workloads effectively and efficiently.
- A low ego and a highly coachable attitude, eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates and team members effectively.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, USA-based location.
