We are looking for a precision-oriented Technical Operations Specialist to architect and maintain the backend of a high-speed international online school. This role is for a proactive problem-solver who ensures that all systems—from payment gateways to automated funnels—run without a single glitch.
Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Maintain and synchronize data across G-Drive, Dropbox, and our custom task platform.
- Payment & Funnels: Oversee Stripe integrations, manage webhook reliability, and ensure seamless checkout flows.
- Manage the technical pipeline for Podcast distribution and live-stream sessions via StreamYard when needed.
- Security & Access: Manage team permissions and "onboarding/offboarding" protocols for all software and databases.
- Remote Assistance: Provide real-time remote technical support to the expert during live broadcasts or recordings.
- Automations: Implement and optimize Vibecoding (AI-driven automations) for Instagram DMs and internal workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Operations or Systems Management.
- Expertise in managing Stripe, Notion, and high-level automation tools, creation of AI assistants, cutomated funnels setup.
- Ability to troubleshoot API issues and database logic in real-time.
- Experience with live-broadcast software (StreamYard) and podcast RSS management.
- High level of ownership and a "security-first" mindset.
