We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist II to join our team remotely! If you are passionate about providing exceptional support for sensory medical equipment used in hearing, balance, and newborn care, this is the opportunity for you. You will play a vital role in assisting clinicians, biomedical teams, and distributors by resolving technical issues efficiently.
Mission
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring timely assistance via phone, email, and screen sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues to enhance user experience.
- Guide users through equipment setup, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring thorough documentation of each case.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the creation of knowledge resources.
Toolkit
- C1/C2 proficiency in German is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support or helpdesk experience in a relevant field.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with medical or diagnostic devices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of clinical software such as NOAH or OtoSuite will be considered a plus.
