We are looking for an experienced and motivated Trainer to help train and develop our team members. The Trainer will be responsible for onboarding new hires, teaching company procedures, and ensuring all team members understand our service standards, systems, and workflows. The goal is to ensure employees are well-prepared to provide efficient, professional, and reliable towing services and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Train new team members on company procedures, tools, and workflows
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
- Provide training on customer service standards and communication protocols
- Teach employees how to properly handle towing service requests and dispatch processes
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Assist in developing and updating training materials and guides
- Work with management to identify training needs and skill gaps
- Ensure all team members follow company policies and service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in training, team leadership, or customer support is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly explain processes and procedures
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Patient and supportive attitude when working with trainees
- Comfortable using communication and task management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the towing, roadside assistance, logistics, or dispatch industry
- Experience training remote or customer service teams
- Ability to create training materials or documentation
