Veteran Policy Transition Advisor – Now Hiring (Remote)
We are seeking a dedicated Veteran Policy Transition Advisor to join our team remotely. In this part-time role, you will provide critical support to veterans navigating policy transitions, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources needed for successful resettlement and career advancement.
What You'll Do
- Provide full-process policy transition consultation for veterans from the U.S. and allied countries, focusing on retirement resettlement policies, welfare subsidies, medical security, educational preferences, and vocational training.
- Track and update dynamic changes in veteran policies across various countries, ensuring timely communication of policy updates to service recipients.
- Assist veterans in completing policy applications, qualification reviews, and rights and interests applications.
- Offer career transition planning tailored to employment markets and defense-related industries, including skill transformation, job matching, and entrepreneurship support.
What You Bring
- Active-duty or retired military personnel from the U.S. or allied nations, or experience in veteran affairs departments or defense security institutions, with a strong understanding of the veteran policy system and protection procedures.
- Relevant work experience in veteran policy research, resettlement security, or career transition, with knowledge of policy differences and cooperation mechanisms in the region.
- Strong empathy and communication skills, with the ability to accurately assess the policy needs and psychological demands of veterans.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual capabilities in languages of allied countries are preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience in entrepreneurship or business development for veterans.
- Familiarity with employment trends in defense-related industries.
