We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant / Dispatcher to join HD Electric Corp, a licensed electrical contractor company based in Los Angeles, California.
This is a remote, long-term position. The assistant will help with customer communication, scheduling, follow-ups, estimates, invoices, and daily office support.
What You’ll Do
Answer customer messages, emails, and calls professionally
Respond to Yelp, Google, Facebook, website, and text leads
Schedule free estimates and service calls
Follow up with customers after estimates
Help prepare simple estimates and invoices in Workiz
Update customer information, job notes, and schedules
Send review requests after completed jobs
Help with basic social media posting and business follow-ups
Requirements
Good English speaking and writing skills
Customer service or dispatching experience
Reliable internet connection
Good computer and typing skills
Must be organized, honest, and detail-oriented
Must be available Monday to Friday, 7 AM–3 PM Los Angeles time
Experience with Workiz, Yelp, Google Business Profile, or construction/electrical companies is a plus
Pay
$4–$7 per hour depending on experience. Commission may be available after the trial period for booked and completed jobs.
