As a Virtual Assistant (E-Commerce, Amazon) in a Remote setting, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can help streamline our processes and enhance our online presence.
What You'll Do
- Manage and update product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search visibility.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, providing timely and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion and improvement.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating and scheduling social media posts and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role within the e-commerce sector, particularly with Amazon.
- Strong proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant e-commerce tools.
