Virtual Assistant (Remote) We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our cleaning business with both inbound and outbound sales calls. This is a Remote position that offers part-time hours, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our cleaning services.
  • Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and improve client engagement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic office tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
