We are building a premium coaching experience and are looking for a skilled web developer to help create a secure, user-friendly client portal integrated with our website.
Project Overview:
We need a developer to upgrade our website into an all-in-one coaching platform where clients can:
- Log into a secure member portal
- Access live Zoom classes
- View recorded sessions
- Download workbooks and resources
- Track their progress
- Receive updates and communications
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a secure login/member portal system
- Integrate Zoom for live coaching sessions
- Embed or integrate file storage (Google Drive/Dropbox)
- Build a clean, professional user dashboard
- Connect payment systems (Stripe or similar)
- Set up onboarding flow (email + account creation)
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast performance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WordPress, custom development, or web apps
- Familiarity with membership systems and client portals
- Experience with API integrations (Zoom, Stripe, email tools)
- UI/UX design understanding (clean, premium feel)
- Basic automation knowledge (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Experience building coaching/course platforms
- Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Understanding of scalable systems for future growth
