Your Arsenal
- 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM Functional consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Benefits configuration
- Proven track record in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation
- Comprehensive knowledge of benefits processes:
- Open Enrollment
- Life Events
- Benefits Eligibility
- Leave & Wellness programs
- Understanding of integrations with Payroll and third-party vendors
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Benefits Certification (highly preferred)
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors)
- Exposure to global benefits programs
- Knowledge of related modules like Absence, Compensation, Payroll
