Zoho One | Zoho Recruit Expert - Remote
We are seeking a Zoho One | Zoho Recruit Expert to join our team remotely. This project-based role focuses on cleaning our Recruit database and ensuring seamless functionality across various Zoho applications, including Zoho Flows, Zoho Sign, Zoho Forms, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho CRM.
What You'll Do
- Clean and optimize the Recruit database to enhance data integrity and usability.
- Integrate and streamline communication between Zoho One legacy systems and newer systems for improved functionality.
- Develop and implement Zoho Flows to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure all Zoho applications, including Zoho Sign and Zoho Forms, are effectively linked and operational.
- Provide support in managing candidate and client data, enhancing the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in candidate and client management.
What You Bring
- Proven experience with Zoho One and Zoho Recruit, particularly in database management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate/client management.
- Familiarity with Zoho Flows, Zoho Sign, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Campaigns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between different Zoho applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on improving system functionality and user experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with legacy systems and transitioning to newer platforms.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment technology and data management.
