Akhtar H., a seasoned Writer & Journalist, has made significant contributions to the literary and media sectors since 2007. Currently serving as the Editorial Page Incharge at Daily Sindh Express, Akhtar has played pivotal roles in community theater coordination and consultancy for the Indus Renaissance council. His expertise in Editing and Translation is marked by his tenure with various media outlets, including Daily Sindhu, Daily Kawish, and BBC Urdu. Akhtar is also a prolific author, having published short stories and novels like "Covid-19" and "Cafe Adab," and conducting literary forums. His translations span multiple languages, involving works such as Ngugi Wa Thiong’o’s "The River Between." With advanced qualifications from the University of Sindh Jamshoro, Akhtar is recognized as a Certified IVLP fellow and contributes to media platforms such as Dawn and The Friday Times.
