Andrea Gail H. is a Tourism Management graduate from De La Salle University-Dasmariñas, recognized as a Dean’s Lister and with situational awareness training from PTC Aviation. Andrea gained hands-on industry experience through internships at the Manila International Airport Authority, Okada Manila, and The Ritz Carlton – Amelia Island, operating in the travel, hospitality, and food and beverage sectors. At NAIA, she managed incoming and outgoing documents, sorted incident reports, checked runway areas, handled important calls, and accurately recorded flight and passenger details. In luxury hospitality at Okada Manila and The Ritz Carlton, Andrea completed extensive rotations as a server, server assistant, host, and food runner. She is fluent in English writing, with strong proofreading, editing, and Microsoft Office skills, supporting diverse guest service and operational team needs in both the Philippines and the United States.
