Angela M. is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, major in English, from Cavite State University. She has developed a strong background in healthcare operations, medical billing, credentialing, pharmacy services, and customer service.

Since April 10, 2024, Angela has been working as a Credentialing Specialist, where she applies her attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of healthcare processes to support credentialing and administrative operations. Prior to this, she worked as an AR Medical Billing Specialist at Medical Bill from February 1, 2023, to April 10, 2024. In this role, she managed claims and collections, followed up on outstanding accounts, and resolved aging, denied, and rejected claims.
