Arce T. is a driven individual currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Tarlac State University. Having completed secondary education with high honors in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) program at Padapada National High School, she has demonstrated academic excellence as both a conduct awardee and valedictorian. Arce actively enhances her skillset through certifications like Basic Life Support and Red Cross Youth Training. She gained practical experience with an 80-hour work immersion at the Office of the Municipal Mayor in Santa Ignacia. Her involvement as a layout artist for the school publication, The Pagemaker, highlights her engagement in scholastic activities, while participation in the Civic Welfare Training Service underscores her commitment to community service.
