Managed the development and revision of a new learning platform named 'People's Deck' using Google Sites, impacting over 200 employees by providing HR-related information. Supported more than 20 internal training programs through MC-ing and technical assistance. Developed a Knowledge Management System to archive both current and past assets of Talent Development. Updated the operational dashboard for Talent Development, focusing on employee training pathways with Google Looker Studio.
