Arlita S. is a graduate of the Information Systems program at Telkom University, gaining practical experience in website development, startup operations, and process improvement through her internship at Research Alliance Ko+Lab. She has built web applications and transformed business requirements into digital solutions, effectively coordinating operational teams and supporting business processes. Her experience includes developing a membership and affiliate web application using Node.js and React, analyzing business and user needs, and implementing digital solutions. Arlita successfully led a 12-member operations team at Ngolab Express, delivering three web applications and contributing to retail F&B operations that generated a total revenue of IDR 9.8 million from January to June 2026. She is proficient in web development, business process analysis, Microsoft Office, and use of Git & GitHub, making her a valuable asset in technology, business, and operations sectors.
