Hyacinth N. G. is a highly accomplished Fire Senior Superintendent and a licensed Attorney-at-Law with over three decades of dedicated public service in the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). Rising through the ranks from Fire Officer, she became the first female lawyer in the BFP, serving in pivotal roles such as Chief of Internal Affairs and Assistant Regional Director for Administration. Her tenure has seen her appointed as Chief of Legal Affairs Service for the DILG and currently serving as the Provincial Fire Marshal of Camarines Sur, the largest province in Region V. Known for her ethical leadership and operational excellence, Hyacinth has consistently enhanced organizational capabilities by implementing robust internal controls and compliance mechanisms. Her leadership has garnered numerous awards, including Best Provincial Office for multiple years and Best Employee accolades. Hyacinth’s commitment to public safety is evident in her successful conduct of capability-building trainings and zero fire incident achievements under constrained budgets.
