Ayson M. is a seasoned education professional, with a decade of expertise in the field of education, particularly in Values Education. His experience includes a four-year tenure as a College Instructor at the Southern Philippines Institute of Science and Technology, where he excelled in delivering quality instruction and mentoring students for academic success. Additionally, Ayson has served as a Guidance Designate, offering academic advising, student support, and career counseling. Complementing his educational background, he spent six months in Human Resources at Bantay Bayan Manpower Services, focusing on personnel support, employee coordination, and documentation. His technical skill set includes proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva Graphic Design, and basic video editing, showcasing his capability in both educational and organizational contexts.
