Mid-Level Data and Visual Content Specialist
Open to offersNew to PlatformI'm a detail-oriented Data & Administrative Specialist based in Koronadal City, Philippines, with over four years of experience in data management, technical documentation, and administrative support within government and public-sector environments, where accuracy and accountability matter most.
Since March 2021, I've served as Project Technical Staff II for the Commission on Higher Education's UniFAST program, supporting program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. I gather, process, and report large volumes of data, coordinate with stakeholders and implementers, and help organize events and Regional Steering Committee meetings. I use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Slack daily to manage documentation and keep reporting accurate and current.
Before that, I worked as a Data Encoder (Admin Aide) for the Department of Health, collating data and transmitting it into agency systems while ensuring accurate information flow to associate companies. I also served as an IT Operations Engineer at Biotech Farms, Inc., where I operated, maintained, and monitored system units and networks, and handled hardware troubleshooting.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Notre Dame of Marbel University and completed Professional Education Earning Units at Brokenshire College Socsksargen, Inc. I've also completed trainings in web application frameworks, media production, graphic design, and statistical data management for evidence-based decision-making.
I'm known for attention to detail, adaptability, and strong organizational skills. I work well independently in remote environments, manage my time effectively, and communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders. I combine analytical precision with creativity, turning raw data into clear reports, infographics, and presentations using tools like Canva.
Whether supporting a government program, encoding high-volume data, or contributing to a remote team, I approach every task with reliability, accuracy, and a genuine commitment to helping teams work more efficiently.
Employers should hire me because I combine over five years of accurate, high-volume data experience with genuine reliability and independence. In my current role with CHED-UniFAST, I manage program data, reporting, and stakeholder coordination with precision, using Excel, Word, and Slack daily. Before that, I handled fast-paced data encoding for the Department of Health, where accuracy directly affected agency operations. I work well without close supervision, communicate proactively, and stay organized even when managing large volumes of information or multiple ongoing tasks. My background in Computer Engineering also gives me a practical understanding of systems and tools that many admin professionals lack, which helps me troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly to new platforms. Beyond technical skill, I bring consistency: I meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and treat every task, however small, with the same level of accuracy and care. I'm looking for a long-term working
