Bayu R. is a seasoned Oil & Gas Production Analyst with a solid grounding in Mining Engineering from Universitas Sriwijaya, where he completed his Bachelor's degree. His expertise lies in production surveillance, production data analysis, and production optimization, with proven experience from his internship at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 4. There, he conducted thorough evaluations of oil production performance, employing historical data to identify production variances and opportunities for optimization. Bayu's responsibilities included conducting Lost Production Opportunity (LPO) analysis, applying Decline Curve Analysis (DCA), and developing insightful production data visualizations to enhance operational efficiency. His strong analytical and problem-solving skills are complemented by technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additionally, Bayu holds leadership experience, having served as the Head of External Affairs for Keluarga Mahasiswa Ogan Ilir, and continues to contribute to athlete development as part of the Pengurus Besar Tinju Indonesia.
