Benmarnel C. has a diverse professional background with significant experience in both the education and food service sectors. Starting as a Teacher and Elementary Department Head at St. Jude Science and Technological School of Ibaan Inc., he honed his leadership and administrative skills. Transitioning to the hospitality industry, he served as a Restaurant Manager for Chowking under Jollibee Corporation from 2021 to 2026. In this role, Benmarnel utilized Microsoft applications and led kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and high performance. His expertise includes menu planning and cost control, where he balanced customer preferences with profitability, and maintained stringent food safety standards. Having completed multiple training programs at Jollibee, including in allergen management and product quality, he also played a pivotal role in implementing marketing strategies to enhance restaurant visibility and customer engagement.
