Delivered Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) support along with data systems assistance for government and NGO health and WASH programs in Uganda, South Sudan, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, and Zimbabwe. Created a National Sanitation Management Information System (MIS) for UNICEF Guinea-Bissau, enhancing both the availability and utilization of routine data for effective planning and accountability. Performed routine data quality assessments at over 7,000 service points and households to identify gaps in consistency, completeness, and timeliness, facilitating corrective actions with local teams. Compiled and visualized program performance data through dashboards and structured reports to aid management decisions. Conducted data review sessions with district officials, improving their capacity to interpret data for prioritization and resource allocation. Provided targeted training for more than 150 government and partner staff on data collection, quality assurance, analysis, and application, including the mentorship of district-level M&E focal persons. Documented lessons learned and operational challenges using structured case studies, contributing to program learning. Managed SRHR and WASH monitoring in the conflict-affected Lango region by incorporating vulnerability layers with infrastructure progress. Enhanced operational reporting by modernizing workflows, shifting to secure digital real-time dashboards. Created Geographic Information Systems (GIS) contextual overlays to monitor intersections of SRHR and WASH issues with Protection, Gender, and Inclusion (PGI) risk factors.
