Bonolo M. is an emerging hospitality professional based in Johannesburg, with hands-on experience in the hospitality and foodservice industries. As a Hospitality Student Trainee at Indaba Hotel in Sandton, Bonolo completed a three-month Work Integrated Learning program, performing diverse responsibilities across Housekeeping, Front Office, and Culinary Studies. Further developing practical expertise, Bonolo served as a Trainee Chef at Doppio Zero, Mall of Africa, where duties included meal preparation, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and supporting chefs by preparing customer orders and rotating through various kitchen sections such as the griller, pan, pantry, and pizza areas. Bonolo's training is supported by formal education at NewBridge Graduate Institute, pursuing a Diploma in Hospitality Management, and completion of a computer literacy and business fundamentals program.
