Carlos A.

Carlos A. is a seasoned Attorney and Arbitrator with a robust background in administrative law and government procurement. Since December 2025, he has been serving as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of the Huancayo Chamber of Commerce. His role involves resolving complex disputes and fostering fair commerce practices. In addition to his legal practice, he applies his extensive knowledge as a lecturer in the School of Engineering, developing educational programs focused on "NEC and FIDIC Contracts" at the Center for Training and Development.
