Dr. Cipriano D. is an accomplished faculty member and administrator specializing in higher education and human resource management. As Full-Time College Faculty Member and Research Director at Metro Manila College, Quezon City, he teaches General and Professional Education courses, participates as a research panelist, and supports faculty research initiatives. His twelve-year tenure at La Consolacion College–Novaliches encompassed leadership as Human Resource Officer, overseeing recruitment, benefits, labor relations, and personnel training, as well as roles as Coordinator of Studies and Coordinator of Student Affairs. Previously, Dr. Cipriano D. served in the finance sector with Pag-IBIG Fund as an Investment Specialist, earning recognition for contributing to over a billion in revenue from equities, government bonds, and Treasury Bills. He has international experience as an Assessor for Information Technology–NVQ in Oman and has taught graduate-level HR courses at Philippine Women's University. His academic achievements include a PhD in Developmental Education and a Master’s in Education.
