Confidence J. is an award-winning Nigerian visual artist and current Founder of ‘Spotlight Africa’, a platform that connects emerging African artists to verified global collectors. Since 2018, Confidence has completed over 50 commissions in contemporary African visual arts—including an international Harriet Tubman portrait—and produced works for high-profile figures such as the President of Nigeria and the Executive Chairman of the Nigeria Revenue Service. With an academic focus on accounting at Obafemi Awolowo University, Confidence is skilled in Pencil Drawing, Visual Storytelling, Financial Analysis, and Digital Illustration, supporting initiatives at the intersection of art and finance. Confidence has exhibited at group and solo shows, managed cross-disciplinary exhibitions, and delivered art instruction to secondary school students, while leading charitable reading projects and boosting engagement for international creative platforms.
