Cyrel D. is an experienced professional with a background in the food service and BPO/customer support industries. At Jollibee Foods Corporation, Cyrel served as a Team Trainer and Fast Food Crew member, where they managed teams to maintain store quality and audit scores, delivered quality services under pressure, and contributed to a Gold Rating during a corporate audit. Transitioning to an Office Staff Assistant role, Cyrel handled data entry, database management, and staff scheduling within the fast-food sector.
