Daniel M. is an experienced birding guide and Conservation & Ornithology Program Officer based in Musanze, Rwanda, with a background in Tourism Management and an advanced diploma in Tourism Destination Management from RP-KITABI College. At Sambora Kinigi Lodge, he leads birding and nature tours near Volcanoes National Park, providing expert interpretation of bird species, habitats, and conservation challenges while ensuring visitor safety and compliance with eco-tourism regulations. Daniel M. has contributed to wetland biodiversity research at Rugezi Ornithology Center, organizing conservation awareness sessions and training youth in bird identification and data collection.
