I am a detail-oriented Quality Inspector based in Accra, Ghana, with hands-on experience in manufacturing and a strong interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence. I currently work with Blow Chem Industries (Bel Aqua), where I inspect raw materials, monitor production processes, and ensure that finished products meet established quality and safety standards.

In my role, I focus on identifying defects, supporting corrective actions, and working closely with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste. I apply practical tools such as root cause analysis and data tracking to maintain consistency and reliability in production outcomes. My approach is grounded in discipline, accuracy, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

Alongside my work in quality inspection, I have contributed to several system improvement projects, including the development of inventory tracking tools, payroll systems, and performance monitoring dashboards. These experiences reflect my ability to combine analytical thinking with practical solutions that support business operations.

Before transitioning into manufacturing, I spent over a decade in education as a teacher, supervisor, and educational consultant. This background helped me develop strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, which continue to shape my professional approach.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Cape Coast and I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. I have also earned certifications in quality assurance, ISO standards, lean operations, and project management.

I am known for my attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. I am passionate about building a career in quality management and contributing to organizations that value safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
