Emmanuelito C. Arroz, a third-year Civil Engineering student at Caraga State University, is aspiring to become the 3rd Year Representative. He is committed to advocating for peers and enhancing communication between students and organizations. He has been recognized on the VPAA List and the Dean's List for the academic year 2024-2025. Emmanuelito excelled as the Class President for NSTP at Caraga State University, where he managed class activities and logistics for community programs. His past experience includes serving as the Research Guild Auditor at Agusan del Sur National High School, where he ensured compliance and accuracy in financial and organizational documents. As the General Manager for the Business Expo Team, he led a successful cross-functional team in a high school-wide event. Emmanuelito is adept in Event Hosting & Public Speaking, having facilitated a school-wide Book Drive, and demonstrates strong skills in Advocacy & Leadership as well as Project Management.
