As a Strategic Partnerships Specialist at the United Nations World Food Programme since August 2022, Erick has been instrumental in raising USD 30 million in funding and creating partnerships with influential organizations such as Food For the Poor and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Prior to this, he was a Financial Literacy Consultant with the Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung, where he co-developed the National Financial Literacy Strategy in El Salvador.
