Ericka Shiell C. is a motivated and adaptable individual with a background in both customer service and communication, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at National University-Manila, having completed the first year and the first semester of the second year. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, evidencing strong attention to detail and effective time management. In the professional realm, Ericka gained practical experience as a Booth Assistant and Cashier at Bibingcup during her work immersion in 2023, where she actively assisted customers with orders, handled cash transactions, and maintained workspace organization. Her educational journey also includes high achievements in Accountancy, Business and Management, graduating with High Honors and Honors in Senior High School from FEU Roosevelt Marikina.
