Erwin M. is an Agricultural Technician with the Department of Agriculture in Western Visayas, specializing in regulatory work with the Regional Feeds and Veterinary Drugs Quality Control Section and the licensing of feed establishments. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Agribusiness from West Visayas State University and pursuing a Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of the Philippines Visayas, Erwin brings strong experience in government agricultural regulation and community-based environmental initiatives. He has served as Vice President for Performance Management and Corporate Treasurer at Youth Proyekto Philippines, and actively participates with The Climate Reality Project.
