Served as part of the Secretariat to the Regional Development Council – Northern Mindanao (RDC-X), the highest policymaking body in the region, by facilitating and organizing council meetings, activities, and engagements. Learned and practiced the art of stakeholder coordination, fostering collaboration among government agencies, LGUs, and private sector partners. Provided technical inputs and guidance to various agencies in the preparation of their Annual Budget Proposals, Regional–National Investment Programming (RNIP) process, and other relevant reports and submissions.

Managed the procurement process from start to finish to ensure seamless office operations while adhering to government procurement rules and regulations. Engaged with suppliers and service providers to obtain goods and services that were cost-effective and timely. Maintained procurement documentation accurately to uphold transparency, accountability, and readiness for audits.
