Germa C. is a dedicated educator with a rich background in preschool teaching, special education, and school leadership. Her professional journey began as a Special Education Teacher at the Children of Isaac Learning Academy, where she was responsible for planning individualized lessons and managing an inclusive classroom. She further honed her skills at Lola Fidela Day Care Center in Makati, where she supervised teachers and daily operations. Currently, Germa manages daily business operations at Chan-telle's Bakeshop in Cagayan Valley, applying her expertise in sales and marketing, staff supervision, and customer relations. She holds a Teacher’s Certificate in Secondary Social Science and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management. Fluent in English and Filipino, Germa thrives in creating a positive learning environment and is now seeking to expand her educational impact in Japan, Thailand, or Vietnam.
