Ginger L. L. is a dedicated professional with experience in customer service and sales, demonstrating expertise in working both independently and as a part of a team. Her volunteer role as a Stationary Guide at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum provided her with the opportunity to welcome and educate visitors, enhancing their historical curiosity. Her stint as a Virtual Agent at Peak Lead Group involved assisting applicants with the Rent to Own Enterprise program and connecting them with credit consultants. At Alorica, she supported unemployment claimants in a variety of capacities. Previously, at Crossmark, she operated a demo cart to facilitate product sales at Sam's Club. With a typing speed of 40 wpm and proficiency in Microsoft Word XP, PowerPoint, and Excel, Ginger has earned recognition on the National Dean’s List during multiple semesters at UIS. She holds an Associate Degree in General Education from Lincoln Land Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies.
