My name is Hartanto Panji. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Gunadarma University in 2023. I have one year of experience working as an IT Support and IT Helpdesk Network.

I have skills in handling hardware and software, as well as identifying and resolving computer and network issues. Currently, I am working as an IT Helpdesk at Lintasarta. My responsibilities include handling internet-related issues such as downtime, flapping, and intermittent connectivity. I also perform access checks on GPON Adtran/GPON Raisecom via remote, analyze logs, check MAC addresses, and monitor traffic on FortiGate devices.

In addition, I have soft skills such as image editing and design using Photoshop, video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, assembling computers, and analyzing hardware-related problems.
