Capt (Rtd) Védaste N., a former instructor at Gashora, Gako, and Gabiro Training Wings, played a significant role in the reintegration training for former Rwandese army members and public workers, supporting Unity and Reconciliation in Rwanda. With a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Lay Adventist of Kigali and a Bachelor degree in Political History from the National University of Rwanda, he also worked as an administration in charge for 49 Inf Bn, overseeing daily operations and related reports. As a staff officer at RDF HQ J9, he was pivotal in managing mass sports activities, including budgeting and implementing plans for the EAC Military games. Afterwards, Védaste held leadership roles at KBS Ltd, including Operations Manager and Director of Finance, Administration, and Personnel. His volunteer work includes being a sport trainer at the National Itorero Commission and a trainer at Romeo Dallaire Institute of Peace, Children, and Security. Fluent in English, French, Kiswahili, and Kinyarwanda, Védaste has also led as Chairman of the Rwanda Volleyball refereeing commission.
