Jeffery H. is a dedicated Firmware QA Engineer with over three years of experience in various areas of quality assurance, including Android/Pixel OTA testing, BIOS/IFWI validation, and smart device functionality testing. Currently working as a BIOS Test Engineer at UST in Taipei, he plays a key role in firmware verification, updating BIOS and IFWI for system stability checks, and developing internal test tools to enhance workflow efficiency. Previously, at Wipro, Jeffery executed comprehensive Android/Pixel OTA testing, encompassing both end-user and factory scenarios, while utilizing ADB commands and Linux shell commands for meticulous test execution and issue investigation. His internship at HTC laid the foundation for his expertise, where he supported stress testing through Python and mastered test case preparation. Jeffery holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the China University of Technology.
