Jay Marc G. is a Site Engineer and Design Specialist with experience in real estate development, food production, and infrastructure modernization projects in Davao City. At Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Inc., he contributed as an Engineering Aide by drafting plans with AUTOCAD and REVIT, conducting site inspections, and managing project documentation. At Lapanday Foods Corporation, Jay Marc handled structural analysis for warehouse projects using STAAD Pro and RCDC, while preparing construction estimates and bills of quantities. In his role with China International Water and Electric Corporation for the Davao Public Transport Modernization Project, he led site supervision, coordinated project management tasks, ensured plan compliance, and delivered detailed project reports.
